Dave Dorman - Advisor/Investor
Mr. Dorman has run telecommunications giants AT&T and Pacific Bell as well as Concert and Pointcast, an innovative Internet service. Previously, he held CMO and CTO posts at Sprint and GTE IsaCom respectively. He is currently a Senior Advisor and Partner with Warburg Pincus LLC, a private equity firm and is active in a number of other business and community affairs. Mr. Dorman was one of the first investors in DCS and is playing an important role in business development and business management for the company.
Mark Feidler - Advisor/Investor

Mr. Feidler is a partner in the private equity from CMO, LLC. Previously he served as President and Chief Operations Officer of BellSouth Corporation and Cingular Wireless. Mr. Feidler was once a partner at the law firm of King and Spalding. He serves in a general business advisory capacity.

Larry Grafstein - Advisor/Investor
Mr. Grafstein is managing director and head of global telecommunications at the investment banking firm of Lazard Fréres & Co. LLC. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, principal investing and mergers and acquisitions in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. Previously, Mr. Grafstein headed the international telecommunications practice at Credit Suisse First Boston.
Daniel Israel -Marketing & Planning

Mr. Israel has responsibility for DCS marketing & planning activities. He has more than 15 years of marketing, product management, and strategy experience in a variety of positions at Fortune 500 companies such as Scientific Atlanta, Nortel, and BellSouth, focused on broadband, Internet, and high-tech equipment. He was co-founder of Incanta, which was selected into Georgia Tech’s Advanced Technology Development Center, and raised $22 million of venture funding. Mr. Israel holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and International Studies from Emory University, a Master of Science degree from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross Business School.
